Currently Weight Loss Challenges are Being Offered
at 3 Lansing Area Locations and on the Internet 1. SOUTH LANSING – Tuesday
evenings at Great Lakes Homes (retirement campus), NE corner of South
Washington and Holt roads (entrance is off S. Washington). 2. MASON – Wednesday
evenings at All Saints Lutheran Church on 3. Also: INTERNET – If

Weight Loss
Challenges are Non-Profit Events. All fees are used for prizes, class
materials and promotional expenses. Top Prize will go to the person who
has lost the largest percentage of his or her starting weight. Participation
fee is $35. Participants
will be weighed weekly, receive a Wellness Evaluation, be offered an
Electronic Body Analysis and be given Nutrition Information Packets. Each session
includes a 45-minute class on proper nutrition and healthy living. Non-competitive participation is $2 per night. Who/What is a
